MY MISSION STATEMENT
To first do no harm and second do much good.
-------
To awaken a deep respect and awe in each person for their own body, brain and mind, so that they’re inspired to take the best possible care of them.
-------
To excite people about being healthy.
-------
To promote a culture of wellness, vibrancy and responsibility for one’s own health.
-------
To clean up the confusing and contradictory advice about what it actually takes to be in top health.
-------
To show people not only how to take responsibility for their health, but to demonstrate that it’s essential we do so. Seeing that we can take charge of our health empowers us to take charge in all other areas of our life. Taking steps to improve our health automatically improves our performance.
-------
To show that great health is not only readily achievable, it’s exhilarating, energising and time-saving.
-------
To show that we are not passive victims of our genes but that our genes respond to the choices we make throughout our life. Science confirms that we have far more personal power than we ever realised.
-------
To show how to optimise our body’s innate capacity for healing.
-------
To change the language of medicine from the vocabulary of war to the language of love. Instead of speaking about “fighting the infection”, “battling against cancer” and “struggling with weightloss”, let’s care for our body, listen to our needs, feel our feelings and nurture our relationships. In war there are always casualties on both sides. The same applies when we fight our body – even if it’s in the name of cure. Our body will do the job on its own if we remove the impediments in its way.
-------
To remind people that the best things in life aren’t things.
